Compliance is not optional.
Every machine leaves the yard with pre-delivery inspection records, compliance certificates, SWMS templates and risk assessments. Not on request - included as standard. Formatted to pass Tier 1 audit.
The hire rate is the smallest number
A delayed handover, a failed compliance audit, or a crew standing down because a machine isn't fit for purpose costs far more than the hire rate. We build the business around avoiding those outcomes.

No call centres. No third-party freight. When something goes sideways on an active hire, one call to 9603 8883 gets a Field Service Technician dispatched. Repaired on site where possible, swapped same-day where not.
We deliver it. We stand behind it
Want Access machines are delivered by Want Access. We function-test every machine before it leaves. If it breaks down on hire through a fault of our equipment, you don't pay for the downtime.
Training is part of safe access
Yellow Card, WP Licence, VOC and Working at Heights - delivered from our Smeaton Grange facility or on your site through accredited affiliates. Crew trained, documented and signed off before they're in the platform.
We tell you straight
If a machine isn't available, we tell you. If a different model suits your job better, we'll say so. If your timeline is tight and we can't meet it, we won't oversell the delivery window.
