How fast can you deliver equipment to site?
Most Sydney metro deliveries are completed within 24–48 hours of confirmation. For urgent requests, same-day and next-day delivery may be available depending on fleet availability.
Do you service Tier 1 construction sites?
Yes. We regularly supply Tier 1 projects across Sydney with compliant equipment, documentation and ongoing support throughout the hire period.
What's included in the hire rate?
Every hire includes pre-delivery inspections, compliance documentation and ongoing support throughout the hire period. Delivery and pickup options are quoted based on project requirements.
Do you offer credit accounts?
Yes. Credit applications are available for approved trade and commercial customers.
What happens if a machine breaks down on site?
Support is available for active hires across Sydney metro. Where possible, issues are resolved on site, with replacement equipment arranged if required to minimise downtime.
Can you train my crew to operate EWP equipment?
Yes. Training options are available through accredited providers for EWP operation, Yellow Card, VOC and Working at Heights requirements.
